Description

You will lead performance engineering efforts, ensuring system stability and scalability under load. You own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive performance test strategies using industry-standard tools.
• Implement automated performance testing pipelines, integrating tools like Gatling and JMeter.
• Analyze system metrics using AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks and performance degradation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application efficiency.
• Maintain and update performance test scripts and monitoring dashboards for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Testing.
• Expertise in LoadRunner for complex load testing scenarios.
• Proficiency with JMeter for API and web application performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with Gatling, Ray, and NeoLoad as part of the testing toolkit.
• Strong understanding of performance monitoring principles and metric analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (any graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based performance testing environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration for performance testing automation.
