Description

Lead performance engineering efforts by implementing rigor and processes across web applications and APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Instrument performance engineering processes and rigor across the development lifecycle.
• Execute performance testing for web applications and APIs.
• Build automation scripts and performance monitoring dashboards.
• Collect performance metrics, analyze data, and provide technical recommendations.
• Identify, track, and drive performance issues to closure within a scrum team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Gatling, LoadRunner, or JMeter.
• Strong experience working with AWS Cloud.
• Proficiency in API testing and web application testing.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Experience analyzing Java logs and heap dumps.
• Ability to create performance monitoring dashboards.
• Experience working within a scrum framework.

• Any Graduate degree.
