Description

You will lead performance testing efforts to validate application and landscape changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test strategies to validate impacts on application and landscape performance.
• Collaborate with Development, Project managers, and solution architects to design application tests ensuring stack performance and resiliency.
• Review performance test results, evaluating infrastructure and application responsiveness for production delivery.
• Define and implement post-mortem and root-cause analysis processes, improving testing scenarios based on findings.
• Design and execute performance tests to support Agile delivery cycles.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of working experience.
• Experience defining workload models based on analytics and logs.
• Working experience with Performance Testing tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with Application Performance Management tools: DataDog, New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace.
• Experience with cloud migration performance testing.
• Working knowledge of distributed Caches, Load Balancers, and Database systems.
• Good experience with switches and routers.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to drive complex strategies and solutions.
