Description

You own the strategy and execution of performance testing across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end performance test scenarios across applications and enterprise systems.
• Lead load testing efforts with internal teams and external partners.
• Review test results to analyze application, infrastructure, and system responsiveness.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive necessary performance improvements.
• Define workload models using analytics and logs.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Performance Testing or Software Testing.
• Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
• Experience with APM tools: DataDog, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (switches, routers), load balancers, and database systems.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery with performance testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Experience in cloud migration performance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Building automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerized deployments (Docker).
