Description

You will lead the performance testing strategy for highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud-based and on-prem applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement performance testing frameworks using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Performance Center.
• Design and execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and capacity testing plans.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and DevOps to define performance SLAs and technical baselines.
• Analyze test results to provide recommendations for tuning application code, infrastructure, and database queries.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous monitoring and validation.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering for web-based and cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on expertise with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Performance Center.
• Proven ability to design strategies for microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure including Azure and AWS.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Azure AppInsights.
• Solid knowledge of performance tuning across application, infrastructure, network, and database layers.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in Javascript and Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Background in database analysis, design, and optimization.
