Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end performance testing initiatives to ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and optimized for high performance. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, along with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Performance Testing Leadership

• Lead and oversee performance testing activities across multiple projects.
• Define, develop, and implement performance testing strategies, plans, and frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and align on performance testing requirements.

Test Planning and Execution

• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Execute various types of performance tests, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.
• Monitor application and system performance during test execution to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Performance Analysis

• Analyze test outcomes and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Investigate root causes of performance issues and propose effective remediation strategies.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and findings summaries.

Tool Expertise

• Configure, maintain, and optimize JMeter and LoadRunner for diverse testing scenarios.
• Keep current with the latest features, capabilities, and best practices for both tools.
• Integrate performance testing tools into CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and continuous quality assurance.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure performance goals are met.
• Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members on performance testing best practices
