Lead performance testing efforts to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute automated performance tests using JMeter to measure system behavior.
• Analyze performance metrics across application, database, OS, and network layers to identify memory leaks, connection issues, and bottlenecks.
• Define load parameters by analyzing production data from Splunk and manage test environment and data setup.
• Perform performance tuning and monitoring within microservices environments and pre-production or production settings.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including logging, tracking, and verifying fixes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing and team management.
• Proficiency with Apache JMeter and Micro Focus Performance Center.
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and Splunk for application monitoring and data analysis.
• Experience with AWR analysis and performance tuning for databases and application servers.
• Proven ability to design workloads and test strategies for complex microservices architectures.
• Experience working within Agile testing methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical metrics and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating JMeter jobs into TeamCity CI/CD pipelines.
