Description

You will lead performance testing and engineering efforts for banking applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance testing and engineering frameworks.
• Lead a team of performance testers and engineers through mentorship and training.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts.
• Analyze performance requirements, create test plans, and identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system limitations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience with Gatling.
• Expertise in Performance Testing methodologies.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
