Description

Lead performance testing efforts across web, mobile, and desktop applications. Own the design, execution, and tuning of performance scripts and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance performance scripts using LoadRunner.
• Design test strategies and collaborate with business leaders to define workload models.
• Implement performance testing scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to support performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and tuning.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or C# with a strong background in OOPs programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• Working knowledge of XML, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Experience implementing QA frameworks within Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of automation testing and cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration.
