Description

You will lead performance testing efforts, defining strategies for business-critical scenarios and converting them into actionable test plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Derive Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) through client discussions or log analysis.
• Define performance test strategies and create workload models for various scenarios.
• Design and execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Scalability tests.
• Manage test estimation, data setup, and defect management processes.
• Record and enhance business scenarios using scripting tools and basic coding.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner (HTTP/HTML, TruClient).
• Strong coding skills in C, Java, or JavaScript for scripting.
• Experience with HTTP protocols.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Solid understanding of testing standards and Agile methodology.
• Ability to perform log analysis and workload modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring using Application Insights.
