Description

Lead end-to-end performance testing strategies and technical execution at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance coverage and identify system bottlenecks.
• Design and develop complex functional and non-functional tests through hands-on execution.
• Analyze performance test results and provide reporting to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Developer teams to address issues and build shared tooling.
• Provide project estimations and technical leadership from a performance engineering standpoint.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing and measurement.
• Expertise with LoadRunner or Performance Center.
• Proficiency with JMeter.
• Deep understanding of load testing methodologies.
• Experience monitoring applications for performance bottlenecks and raising defects.
• Ability to manage the full testing life cycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate experience.
