Description

Lead performance testing for web-based and legacy backend applications, owning the strategy, execution, and automation of test suites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test strategies for internet and backend applications.
• Develop and maintain automated performance scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Write complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and support test scenarios.
• Manage test environments and artifacts using HP Performance Center.
• Integrate performance testing into Agile SDLC/STLC workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with HP LoadRunner (Mercury) and JMeter.
• Experience with HP Performance Center.
• Strong SQL skills for complex query writing.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Proven track record testing web-based and legacy applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Insurance domain.
• Knowledge of Guidewire products.
