• The Performance Test Lead drives the non-functional testing lifecycle, defining strategies for load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
• This role requires deep hands-on expertise in industry-standard tools like Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner, guiding junior engineers, and partnering with development and DevOps teams to isolate performance bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning:
• Design comprehensive performance test plans, workload models, and entry/exit criteria based on business requirements.
• Scripting & Execution: Develop and maintain advanced, reusable test scripts using JMeter
