Description

You lead performance testing and automation initiatives for the SAP platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks, test strategies, and performance metrics.
• Lead test automation teams and coordinate with development, infrastructure, and DBA teams.
• Analyze performance data and manage defect reporting processes.
• Validate SAP business processes including O2C, P2P, P2C, R2R, RandI, and SCE.
• Manage test environments and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing and test automation.
• Expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, or Selenium.
• Strong background in SAP platform testing.
• Experience designing automation frameworks and test strategies.
• Proficiency in defect management and test reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including DBAs and project managers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with database administration (DBA) tasks.
