Define and drive enterprise performance engineering strategy for scalable, resilient applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end performance testing solutions using LoadRunner and JMeter across distributed and microservices-based systems.
• Leverage observability platforms like Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana to analyze system behavior, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Partner with architecture, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams to design performance-optimized solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation and lead root cause analysis of production issues.
• Implement Chaos Engineering practices to validate system resilience and drive capacity planning and workload modeling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance engineering and SRE practices.
• Deep expertise with LoadRunner and JMeter for load and stress testing.
• Proficiency in observability tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Ability to design performance standards, governance, and best practices across engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Chaos Engineering principles and tools.
• Background in capacity planning, workload modeling, and performance forecasting.
