Description

Lead technical testing teams and own the performance and automation strategy for product releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in DevOps, performance testing, and automation.
• Assess load and performance testing scope based on product requirements.
• Analyze test results and report findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain UI, data-driven, and continuous integration automation frameworks.
• Guide teams through software development lifecycles using appropriate tools and methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical testing or management.
• Proven track record building UI automation frameworks.
• Experience developing data-driven and continuous integration automation frameworks.
• Expertise in assessing performance testing scope and executing tests.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting and reporting performance test findings.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
