Description

Lead performance testing strategies for banking applications and manage a team of 6-7 testers to optimize scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 6-7 performance testers.
• Develop and execute performance test plans covering load, stress, endurance, and scalability.
• Create, maintain, and optimize performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend technical improvements.
• Communicate testing strategies and results to both technical teams and senior management.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools.
• Proven leadership experience managing and coaching technical teams.
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based performance testing solutions.
• Certifications in performance testing tools and methodologies.
