Description

You will design and execute performance testing strategies to evaluate application scalability, stability, and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test plans, strategies, and schedules based on application requirements and use cases.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks in resource utilization, latency, and throughput.
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and recommend improvements to architecture, code, infrastructure, or databases.
• Set up and maintain test environments that simulate real-world production systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a performance tester within a QA or software testing team.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTTP, HTTPS, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
• Basic programming skills in Java, Python, or Groovy for custom scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of database performance and query optimization.
• Experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, practices, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
