Description

You will own end-to-end performance testing for multi-tier systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design performance test strategies, including workload modeling and nonfunctional requirement gathering.
• Build and execute test scenarios, monitoring and collecting performance metrics.
• Analyze system performance by interpreting KPIs to identify bottlenecks, latency, and throughput issues.
• Review server logs to troubleshoot application performance and scalability constraints.
• Collaborate with development teams to collect requirements and resolve issues during triage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience scripting using Web HTTP/HTML and Web Services.
• Ability to customize scripts using Java.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments as load generators.
• Understanding of basic database tuning and application server tuning.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problematic areas from test data.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OctoPerf.
• Automation testing experience.
