Description

You will lead globally diverse teams to deliver performance testing strategies for Web, Mobile, and API applications hosted on-premises and in the cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize onsite and offshore teams to manage workload distribution and ensure timely delivery.
• Execute end-to-end performance testing, including setting up load tests, reviewing scripts, and performing detailed test analysis.
• Prevent production incidents by facilitating performance assessment, workload modeling, and requirement gathering.
• Apply performance engineering using monitoring tools and log analytics to identify bottlenecks and coordinate defect resolution.
• Develop master test plans, test cases, and schedules for functionality, regression, and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Performance Center/LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
• 3+ years of experience leading 10+ concurrent projects and managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+ resources.
• Proficiency in performance testing and engineering for Web, Mobile, and APIs.
• Experience with Dynatrace and error profiling tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD enablement tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Tekton, and Python scripting.
• Intermediate proficiency in cloud concepts and AWS capabilities including S3, CloudWatch, QuickSight, and EC2.
• Ability to manage testing backlogs, estimation, and prioritization.
• Experience with system testing, integration testing, and defect tracking.
