Description

You will own end-to-end performance testing for large programs and portfolios, validating system behavior under various loads.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale performance testing programs and portfolios.
• Analyze test outcomes to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address performance issues.
• Execute test scripts and validate results using LoadRunner.
• Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• Proficiency in LoadRunner for scripting and test execution.
• Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and analysis.
• Strong background in analyzing performance test results.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing performance testing programs.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional performance engineering tools beyond LoadRunner.
