Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for web, API, and microservices architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance testing best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Create test plans, formulate test cases, and manage defect tracking and reporting.
• Gather business requirements to define performance testing scope.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide technical recommendations to resolve issues.
• Drive performance bottlenecks to closure through deep analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in load and performance testing for Web, API, and Microservices.
• Proficiency with JMeter and Gatling.
• Experience with API testing using SoapUI, Postman, or Swagger.
• Ability to analyze Java logs and dumps.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for high-pressure environments.
• Experience working within a Scrum team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Any Graduate degree.
