Description

You will own the performance testing strategy, automation, and execution to validate system reliability and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and automate system performance testing to ensure capacity and scalability.
• Create test plans and scenarios, developing scripts in JMeter or K6.
• Execute load tests, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Guide QA and QE teams on nonfunctional validation across development phases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in performance test scripting.
• Expertise with JMeter and K6.
• Experience with APM tools, specifically Dynatrace or Skywalking.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Experience setting up performance regression testing guidelines and standards.
• Familiarity with chaos testing using Litmus Chaos.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating performance testing directly into CI/CD pipelines.
