Description

You will own the execution and analysis of performance testing across applications and systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define performance testing objectives, scope, and approach for applications.
• Develop detailed performance test plans and workload models based on requirements.
• Design and develop performance test scripts and scenarios using JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests to assess system behavior.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for scripting and testing.
• Experience with Performance Testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with APM Tools.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and Cloud Environments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
