Description

You will own performance testing activities to ensure system stability under load.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, define performance goals, and create test scenarios for load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Execute performance tests while monitoring system resources (CPU, memory, network) and gathering key metrics.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, determine root causes, and report actionable recommendations.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and automate testing processes.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD Pipelines.
• Ability to define performance goals and develop test scripts.
• Skill in monitoring system resources and analyzing response times.
• Experience reporting performance bottlenecks with actionable findings.
• Any Graduate education.
