Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle, from scenario design to root cause analysis and reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
• Analyse system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
• Produce detailed performance test plans, reports, and documentation for stakeholders and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance on tools, environments, and testing methodologies to uplift team capability.
• Mentor team members and manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing & Analysis.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner, NeoLoad, and JMeter.
• Experience with SOAP UI and Load UI for API and Web Services testing.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols and database performance validation using SQL.
• Familiarity with APM tools, monitoring, and Azure DevOps.
• Basic Linux/Unix/Bash scripting skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
