Description

You will lead performance testing initiatives and oversee strategy implementation across multiple large-scale projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing efforts and guide teams in implementing effective testing methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive performance test plans aligned with system requirements and project timelines.
• Execute simulations using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to identify system bottlenecks.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Generate detailed reports documenting findings, metrics, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in Java or Python.
• Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and solve performance-related problems.
• Experience managing performance testing for large-scale projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based testing and monitoring tools such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of complex system architecture and load balancing algorithms.
