Description

Lead performance testing for APIs and core systems, owning test plans, execution, and defect management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and workload models.
• Manage end-to-end test data setup for performance scenarios.
• Identify, track, and manage defects through the testing lifecycle.
• Execute performance testing for APIs and applications using JMeter and Selenium.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT performance testing.
• Expertise with JMeter and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with C#.
• Proficiency in API performance testing.
• Experience using BlazeMeter or Flood.IO.
• Strong background in Test Planning and Workload Design.
• Proven ability in Test Data Setup and Defect Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with a 3-year tenure in previous roles.
