Description

You will own performance testing initiatives for healthcare systems, ensuring reliability under load and during disaster recovery scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test strategies using Neoload to validate system stability and scalability.
• Analyze application performance data using Dynatrace and AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
• Lead performance testing efforts while contributing as an individual contributor to test development and execution.
• Validate disaster recovery procedures through rigorous load and stress testing to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of total experience in performance testing.
• 3-4 years of recent hands-on experience with Neoload.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace and AppDynamics for monitoring and analysis.
• Proven experience in Healthcare domain applications.
• Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery testing methodologies.
• Ability to lead testing efforts and collaborate effectively as an individual contributor.
