You will design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure application availability and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance testing strategies covering load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and Load Runner.
• Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks and root causes.
• Oversee application deployment and monitor performance metrics.
• Mentor junior developers through guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency in JMeter and Load Runner.
• Experience developing and maintaining performance test scripts.
• Strong ability to execute performance tests and analyze results.
• Deep understanding of performance testing concepts, standards, and best practices.
• Experience overseeing application deployment and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
