You will design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests to identify bottlenecks and ensure system reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Analyze test results to identify system performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and reliability concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance requirements and test strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate application performance across integrated systems, including IAM, middleware, and payment gateways.
• Provide performance tuning recommendations at the application, middleware, and database levels.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of performance testing experience focused on LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Strong coding skills in C or Java, or another modern language.
• Experience testing applications integrated with IAM, middleware platforms (like ATOM), and Payment Gateways.
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and database performance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows.
• Ability to create detailed test plans, scripts, and scenarios simulating real-world usage.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, monitoring tools, and analysis techniques.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of overall working experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
