Description

You will design and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies for Oracle Fusion modules and supporting systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance testing strategies for Oracle Fusion Finance, HCM, and SCM modules.
• Build test plans, scripts, and benchmarks aligned to business goals and SLAs.
• Simulate load and evaluate system performance using LoadRunner, JMeter, or Oracle Cloud native monitoring.
• Monitor system metrics to identify bottlenecks across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of performance testing experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• 3+ years of experience testing Oracle Fusion, specifically Finance and HCM modules.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Native monitoring and Oracle AWR/ASH reports.
• Knowledge of hybrid or multi-cloud environments including Oracle Fusion SaaS, middleware, and legacy integrations.
• Ability to manage test cycles across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
