Description

You will own performance testing and engineering activities for critical applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
• Develop comprehensive performance test plans, including monitoring strategies.
• Monitor application server metrics using APM tools like Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for performance defects and provide tuning recommendations.
• Compare application performance against production SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, or BlazeMeter.
• Experience monitoring systems using Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, or Splunk.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Technical expertise in Java and .NET applications.
• Experience performing early performance testing and monitoring.
