• Logical Actions: Proficiency in using Think Times, loops, conditional forks, and JavaScript within NeoLoad scripts.
• CI/CD Integration: Knowledge of running automated performance tests through tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps using the NeoLoad CLI.

2. SAP CRM Domain Knowledge

• Business Processes: Familiarity with typical CRM workflows such as Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, and Billing.
• Architecture Familiarity: Understanding how SAP CRM interacts with backend databases, SAP ERP/ECC, and web dispatchers.
• Interface Types: Testing both traditional SAP GUI screens and modern web interfaces like SAP Fiori
