Description

You will design and execute performance testing strategies for complex, large-scale applications. You own the release pipeline's stability by identifying bottlenecks before they reach production.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance testing strategies to simulate various load scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts to ensure repeatable testing processes.
• Utilize LoadRunner and JMeter to analyze system performance and provide optimization insights.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track real-time system performance and create stakeholder reports.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and load testing.
• Expert-level proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience with HP QuickTest Professional (QTP).
• Deep understanding of Node.js and its impact on application performance.
• Experience with JavaScript and Node.js application optimization.
• Strong background in software testing methodologies.
• Ability to provide actionable recommendations for performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to implement optimizations.
