Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create performance testing deliverables, including test approaches, plans, requirements, and results.
• Execute load testing against AIX, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, and DB2 environments using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze scalability, throughput, and load testing metrics to ensure timely go-live of new builds.
• Participate in code design and reviews to embed performance best practices into the design phase.
• Recommend system capacity and tuning changes using quantitative methods, statistical data, and historical performance data.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience testing AIX environments.
• Experience with JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience with WebSphere.
• Experience with DB2.
• Ability to use quantitative and statistical methods for system tuning and workload balancing.
• Experience working within agile development workflows.
