Description

You will lead performance testing efforts, ensuring system stability under load through rigorous analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test scripts using JMeter for API and Web (HTTP/HTML) protocols.
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Analyze performance data using system-level tools such as SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, and perfmon.
• Debug performance scripts and resolve issues by collaborating with stakeholders across global delivery teams.
• Review and verify project deliverables, conducting process audits and test walkthroughs to ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis.
• Expertise in JMeter for API and Web protocol testing.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Proficiency in mobile performance testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct drill-down analysis.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a team of performance testers.
