Description

You will lead the performance testing lifecycle and establish testing processes from the ground up.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute performance test strategies and test plans across the application protocol stack.
• Build and own the performance test process from scratch.
• Identify application and infrastructure bottlenecks through stress and load testing.
• Mentor the QA team on testing best practices and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter for script creation and execution.
• Experience writing scripts in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
• Ability to manage stress and load testing workflows.
• Experience identifying infrastructure and application bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience establishing testing processes from the ground up.
