Description

You will own the performance testing lifecycle, ensuring application stability and speed under load.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks in applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare detailed performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and reports.
• Monitor system performance during execution using APM tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, and Grafana.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
• Experience analyzing system performance for bottlenecks.
