Description

You will own performance testing and capacity modeling for system releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze performance workloads and system benchmarks using JMeter and Gatling for release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers to gather non-functional testing requirements and deliver performance optimizations.
• Design, prototype, and evaluate improvements to system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and enhance performance test scripts using technical debugging and scripting skills.
• Configure and maintain performance testing setups within CI/CD pipelines, investigating and resolving issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise with JMeter and Gatling.
• Proficiency in Performance Analysis and capacity modeling.
• Experience integrating tests within CI/CD Pipelines.
• Familiarity with APM tools, specifically Datadog, for bottleneck identification.
• Strong technical debugging and scripting skills.
