Description

You will own performance engineering, testing, and optimization for critical applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute load and stress testing to validate system stability under expected and peak conditions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and performance degradation.
• Monitor application performance and drive optimization efforts.
• Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering and testing.
• Hands-on expertise with JMeter, LoadRunner, or BlazeMeter.
• Strong background in load testing and stress testing methodologies.
• Proven ability in application performance monitoring and optimization.
• Skilled in root cause analysis and bottleneck identification.
