Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for our applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated performance tests using JMeter and Micro Focus Performance Center.
• Manage performance testing cycles, including test strategy, workload modeling, estimation, and test case design.
• Perform detailed performance analysis of pre-production and production environments.
• Analyze performance metrics across application, database (AWR), OS, and network layers.
• Integrate performance testing jobs into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise with Apache JMeter and Micro Focus Performance Center.
• Proficiency in AWR Analysis for database performance tuning.
• Experience using monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk for log analysis.
• Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot issues like memory leaks and thread contention.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines integration (TeamCity preferred).
• Experience working with various performance testing frameworks.
• Ability to document test results and drive signoffs.
