Description

You will lead performance testing efforts to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute automated performance tests using JMeter to measure system behavior.
  • Analyze performance metrics across application, database, OS, and network layers to identify memory leaks, connection issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Define load parameters by analyzing production data from Splunk and performing workload design.
  • Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test strategy, environment setup, test data preparation, and defect management.
  • Integrate JMeter jobs into CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in performance testing and team management.
  • Proficiency with Apache JMeter.
  • Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and Splunk.
  • Expertise in MF Performance Center and AWR analysis.
  • Experience with performance tuning for databases and application servers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to perform performance analysis and tuning in microservices architectures.
  • Experience in defect logging, tracking, and verification.
