Description

You will own end-to-end performance testing for UI and API layers to ensure system stability and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute JMeter-based performance testing across UI and API interfaces.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner or open-source alternatives.
• Integrate automated performance tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins or Urban Code Deploy.
• Monitor system health and analyze logs using Dynatrace, Splunk, or New Relic.
• Implement shift-left performance testing to validate non-functional requirements early.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in JMeter-based performance testing.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner or similar open-source performance testing tools.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, and Lambda.
• Strong scripting skills in Java, C, Python, JavaScript, Shell, Groovy, or Perl.
• Experience managing test repositories via GitHub, BitBucket, or GitLab.
• Ability to clone Java projects, compile code, and run JUnit tests in Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• Proficiency with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, or Ant.
• Experience setting up and executing automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scanning test scripts for code quality and security.
