Description

Execute performance, functional, and integration testing to ensure system stability and SLA compliance. Analyze critical business scenarios and SLA objectives to design performance test scenarios. Develop automated scripts in VuGen using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML) and Citrix. Build and maintain performance test scripts using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or WebLoad. Set up test scenarios on controllers with correct load profiles and manage test data for QA and Stage environments. Execute interface testing involving Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using HL7 and report on all test results. Mentor staff in application analysis, test case development, execution, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize VuGen scripts using Web and Citrix protocols.
• Build and maintain performance test scripts in LoadRunner, JMeter, or WebLoad.
• Configure controller load profiles and manage test data for QA and Stage environments.
• Execute SOA interface testing using HL7 and report on test results.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of dedicated experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps Server, Azure Test Plans, or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Experience developing customized code to optimize and enhance VuGen scripts.
• Hands-on experience testing in QA and Stage environments.
• Technical knowledge of HTML and Web (HTTP(s)/HTML) protocols.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Science field, or equivalent qualifying experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Electronic Health Care Record Systems.
• Background in organizational change management.
• Experience providing training and mentoring to diverse skill levels.
