Description

You will design and execute performance testing strategies to ensure system stability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, run, and analyze performance workloads and system benchmarks using JMeter and Gatling.
• Collaborate with developers to gather nonfunctional requirements and deliver performance fixes.
• Configure performance testing within CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot execution issues.
• Conduct benchmarking, analysis, and modeling for system capacity planning.
• Prototype and evaluate system scalability and performance improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter and Gatling.
• Experience using Datadog for root cause analysis and APM monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Ability to fix and optimize performance testing scripts.
• Strong analytical skills for system capacity modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
