Description

You will own the performance testing lifecycle for web, mobile, and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance testing strategies across web, mobile, and backend environments.
• Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
• Define performance benchmarks, KPIs, and SLAs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing efforts.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend tuning strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
• Experience with Web HTTP/HTML, JMS, SAP, and Citrix protocols.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ability to monitor application performance in production.
• Experience creating detailed performance test plans and documentation.
• Skill in analyzing bottlenecks across UI, API, database, and infrastructure layers.
