Description

You will own the execution, analysis, and recommendation process for performance testing across web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Script and execute performance test cases and analyze resulting logs.
• Define performance benchmarks according to industry standards and perform workload modeling.
• Capture and analyze requirements, perform technical assessments, and define test strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing remediation recommendations.
• Improve the load and performance testing approach and framework continuously.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of required experience in performance testing.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Load and Performance Testing tools.
• Expertise in tools such as Neo Load, JMeter, Gating, OpenSTA, Flood, Load Runner, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of performance testing concepts (load, endurance, stress, failover).
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and pattern analysis.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and multi-tiered web systems.
• Ability to prepare technical documents and performance strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
