Description

You will own the execution, analysis, and recommendation process for performance testing across web-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Script and execute performance test cases and analyze resulting logs.
• Define performance benchmarks according to industry standards and perform workload modeling.
• Capture requirements, perform technical assessments, and define test strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide remediation recommendations.
• Continuously improve the load and performance testing framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Load and Performance Testing tools.
• Expertise in tools such as Neo Load, JMeter, Gating, OpenSTA, Flood, Load Runner, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of performance testing concepts including load, endurance, stress, and failover.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and pattern analysis.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and multi-tiered web systems.
• Ability to prepare technical documents and performance strategies.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynatrace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
