Responsibilities

• Execute performance testing protocols and define test scenarios.
• Identify, analyze, and report performance bottlenecks to engineering teams.
• Validate system stability and responsiveness under heavy load conditions.
• Monitor system metrics during testing to ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to design and execute complex load testing scripts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and trends.
• Experience with system profiling and bottleneck identification.
• Knowledge of load generation and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based performance testing infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration for performance gates.
